Hi Moses

I'm passing the end of the road (A1M), however I'll be on the bike without much room for a pillion I'm afraid...

(I'm praying for sunshine and dry roads - if it's as wet as it was two years ago (the last time we can to Lincoln) I may bottle it and stay at home :-( as I got toooo wet and cold that year and I don't have the option of a car this year)

It did also cross my mind if Leona is going from East Grinsted (which is much closer to me) I might be cheeky and ask her for a lift :-)

However, I have a small issue that it's my brothers 40th Birthday on Sunday and need to get back early for that (leaving either Saturday night or early Sunday morning)...

The weather is looking good for Friday... is the run home again that might be the wet one :(    Two years ago I got tooo wet and cold... it wasn't pretty... but I just about managed to stay on the bike till I got home...

There is no such thing as bad weather on a motorbike merely inadaquate clothing!

Just pack spare socks and gloves you'll be fine.

I however will be bringing the Mazda with heated seats and disappearing Saturday PM as Thunderchild needs me to help him compete on Sunday.

You're very right Mark... inadaquate clothing was the issue two years ago...

What will you be wearing in the Mazda?  presumably you're going to do the journey with the top down?  and Why aren't you coming on the bike?
